The Streams page is where you manage your streaming inputs and start distributing them to your destinations.
A Stream in Castlify is:
1 input stream URL (usually an HLS
.m3u8)Sent to one or more destinations (RTMP or SRT)
What you can do from the Streams page
Create a new stream
Click Create Stream (top-right) to add a new live stream and select destinations.
Add destinations directly from a stream row
In the Destinations column, each stream shows the destinations already linked to it.
Click + Destination to add another destination to that specific stream.
You can select an existing destination or create a new one (depending on your setup).
This is the fastest way to expand a stream from “1 destination” to “multi-destination”.
Start / Stop distribution
In the Actions column:
Click Start to begin delivering your input to the enabled destinations.
When running, the stream will show as Distributing (and you can stop it from the same area when available).
Edit or delete a stream
Use the icons in Actions to:
Edit a stream (name, input, destinations, depending on what you allow)
Delete a stream
Columns explained (quick)
Stream title: your stream name (and thumbnail preview).
Input stream URL: the source URL Castlify pulls from (typically HLS).
Destinations: where this stream is being sent. Use + Destination to add more.
Status:
Stopped: not running (nothing is being delivered)
Distributing: running and delivering to destinations
Error: something is preventing delivery (input or destination issue)
